Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
- We may reschedule if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for cleaning.
- You may request a reschedule at any time prior to the appointment.
Pricing & Payment
- All pricing is listed on our Price List page or provided in your quote.
- Final pricing may vary based on stone size, condition, or location.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Safety & Cleaning Methods
We use industry-approved, non-destructive cleaning methods. We do not use pressure washing or harsh chemicals. While results can vary based on stone age and condition, we always work to achieve the best possible outcome safely.
Liability
We take great care with every memorial. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing cracks, chips, or structural weaknesses
- Damage caused by weather, age, or natural deterioration
- Issues resulting from unstable or improperly installed stones
Photos & Documentation
We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for documentation and quality assurance. With your permission, these photos may be used for our website or portfolio.
Cancellations
You may cancel your appointment at any time. We appreciate notice as early as possible.
